The city of Nottingham is set to benefit from a £1.4billion student scheme, managed by Fresh Student Living. The scheme will provide 693-beds in a new development, located in the heart of the city.
The project is part of the city’s regeneration plans and will provide much needed student accommodation for the growing student population. The scheme will be located in the city centre, close to the University of Nottingham and Nottingham Trent University.
The development will include a range of facilities, including a gym, cinema, library, study spaces and a social hub. The accommodation will be split into two sections; a student village and a high-rise tower. The student village will provide 593-beds and the tower will provide 100-beds.
The scheme is being managed by Fresh Student Living, who have extensive experience in delivering high quality student accommodation. Fresh have already delivered over 20,000 student beds in the UK and are committed to providing a safe and secure environment for students.
The scheme is part of Nottingham’s wider regeneration plans and will help to create jobs and attract investment to the city. It is hoped that the project will help to improve the local economy and provide a boost to the city’s tourism industry.
Nottingham is an exciting and vibrant city and this new development will help to ensure that it remains a popular destination for students. The £1.4billion scheme is set to provide much needed student accommodation and will help to make Nottingham an even more attractive place to live and study.
