The Florida Association (FLA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Helen Lumb as its newest board director. Ms. Lumb brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the board, having served in various roles within the financial services industry for over 25 years.
Ms. Lumb has held a variety of leadership roles throughout her career, including executive vice president of a major financial services firm and managing director of a private equity firm. She has also served on the boards of several non-profit organizations, including the Florida Council on Economic Education and the Florida Women’s Business Council.
Ms. Lumb’s expertise in finance and economics will be a great asset to the FLA board. She will be responsible for helping to set the organization’s strategic direction, as well as overseeing the implementation of its policies and initiatives. In addition, she will be instrumental in helping to ensure that the FLA remains a leader in promoting economic development and financial literacy in the state of Florida.
Ms. Lumb’s appointment is a testament to her commitment to the financial services industry and her dedication to improving the lives of Floridians.
